Expanded variant coverage for Leonel

We have improved our person-name matching to recognize Leo as a variant of Leonel. Recognition of this additional name variant will improve overall match quality and help reduce missed matches (false negatives) when either form of the given name is used. No action is required to benefit from this improvement.
