Upcoming login update for group firm accounts
Effective October 13, 2026
If your organization manages multiple firms under a single account structure, or firm group, this update may affect how some of your users sign in.
Who this applies to
This applies to users who have a group firm username but have also been signing in separately with an individual username tied to one specific firm within their group. If your only way to sign in is an individual username and you do not have a group firm username at all, this does not apply to you, and nothing changes.
What's changing
Starting October 13, 2026, individual logins attached to group logins will no longer work. This does not change what you have access to, only how you log in.
What you need to do
- If you already sign in with your group firm username, no action is needed.
- If you sign in with a separate, individual username today, switch to using your group firm username on or before October 13th.
- If you're not sure which username applies to you, contact your firm administrator, who can confirm it.
- If you need to reset your password, use the Forgot Password? link on the sign-in page and follow the steps provided; this link lets you reset it yourself. Password resets are no longer handled by an administrator on your behalf.
If you have any questions, please reach out to your Moody's representative.
Please note that the original effective date for this change has been updated from September 29th to October 13th to allow client preparation time.
